It's almost been a year
Geeesh, it's almost been a year already. Well, getting recipes out of my mom is like getting DNA out of insects trapped in amber. It's not as easy as the movie Jurassic Park makes it out to be. Also I realized it's going to take a lot of time to "convert" the recipes. My mom doesn't write recipes with precision. It's a little bit of this , handful of that, enough of those, and so on. It's going to take me a lot of time to cook things and measure things out. This is especially true when you consider the fact that I dislike Korean food.
